Our Responsibilities

We shall be solely responsible for the selection and employment of our employees towards fulfilling our obligation hereunder. We the contractor hereby undertakes to pay wages to our employees as per the Wages Board Ordinance and pay our employees all statutory payments, such as E.P.F, E.T.F etc. We hereby indemnifies the client from all such liabilities, or otherwise.

We shall be responsible any accident caused to our employees during the working time at the working place for comprehensive insurance claim. The copies of payment records of EPF, ETF salaries will be submitted to the client’s management by the contractor on monthly basis if requested.

Brief in Machinery Action

We use heavy duty slow speed floor machines for floor cleaning or washing with pad holder fixed pad or with the disc plus brush. Please note for washing or wet dry cleaning, (strength, mild, soft or rough) will be deciding with the type of the floors. Detergent and dilution will be decided with the type of the floor and equipment. For buffing, first we use dust mop and wet mop with mop bucket with ringers. We use for buffing, fast speed heavy duty floor machines. Removing washed water we will be using heavy duty wet and dry vacuum cleaners. For carpet floors we will be using dry vacuum cleaners.

All these will follow according to the conditions of our quotation note. Carpet floor areas will be vacuuming daily or with the requirement with dry vacuum cleaners as per our quotation. Scaffoldings, ladders, extension ladders will be using where necessary or when request within two days according to the submitted quotation for high rise cleaning.

When necessary carpet shampooing, floor sealing, waxing or polishing will be attending with correct standard of chemicals and relevant machinery.

Disciplinary Control

We being the contractor shall ensure that all the employees shall not be under eighteen (18) years of age or over fifty five (55) years of age and shall be of sound physical health and mind and not be suffering from any disability whatsoever. We also undertake to ensure that our employees working to the conduct themselves in a disciplined and proper manner and will not act in a manner that will disrupt the business of the client. If any complaint of misconduct is lodged by client with contractor, we will replace such person with another suitable person with immediate effect.

About Our Chemicals

We give below brief details about our Chemicals for your information. Mainly we use chemicals from reputed Chemical suppliers for our general cleaning purpose.

General chemicals we use

  1. All-purpose as Detergent   in general it’s named as Teepol
  2. Toilet bowl clean
  3. Flora Disinfectant – Pine Disinfectant  Germicide as a sanitizing agent
  4. Glass cleaner
  5. Air freshener
  6. Scouring powder

All-purpose as Detergent in general it’s named as Teepol - Detergent

”All-Purpose” we use as all-purpose cleaner, detergent called “All purpose” Dilution can be up to    1:20. / 1:40. It depends with requirement detergent as a cleaning agent that is superior to soap in many cleaning applications. Proteins fat and starch are common constituents of dirt and stains. They can also act as glue causing more dirt to adhere. Components of the detergent our chemical company takes responsibility to say “No scientific evidence to prove adverse effects to consumers, surfaces or the environment.”

Disinfectant Pine/ Disinfectant Flora / Pynol / Dettol

We use as germicide, as sanitizing agent, flora disinfectant-disinfector pine and pynol sanitizes and deodorizes the area. Full range cleaning power safe on all washable surfaces flora disinfector-disinfector pine. Dilution 1:20 is an effective germicide which is effective against a wide spectrum of microorganisms. The safe action disinfectant pine, flora disinfectant, and Pynol. Dettol we use to clean telephones.

Air Freshener

We use air freshener. It adds freshness to the premises. It is delicately fresh .Mildly exotic and soft refreshing not harmful. Our chemical company takes the responsibility about that.

Toilet bowl clean

We use as power toilet cleaner toilet bowl clean (Harpic). Use direct solution or dilute solution, with the requirement. It is recommended for use on toilet bowls ceramic glazed tiles add porcelain surfaces. Care should be exercised in handing and in use on surfaces affected by acids. It is specially formulated to act fact on stubborn stains removing them with speed and disinfecting leaving the area completely germs free.  When cleaning with toilet bowl clean have to avoid contact with the skin. If contact occurs have to wash the skin immediately with water. We have given instruction to our workers to use gloves when use these chemicals. It is biodegradable and environment friendly.

Glass Cleaner

We use as glass cleaner for glass cleaning. Glass cleaner remove dust finger marks, stubborn stains, ingrained deposits and traffic film on glasses, drying the glass in few seconds to a crystal clear finish. It is light blue clear liquid .It is with mild disinfectant action provides a hygienic appearance while being ozone friendly and phosphate free. Not harmful dilution 1:40 can be use depend with the requirement.

Scrubbing with Scouring powder

We use superior hyper active Scouring powder giving a perfectly clean and a brighter Finish appearance. It is with high efficient cleaning properties with minimizing effort. It is   biodegradable and environment friendly. Its high quality surfactants are of a soft type, making it rough on dirt gentle on hands.

SPECIFICATIONS OF SERVICE OFFERED

Cleaning service for the Office areas, Factory areas

Cleaning and maintenance of the toilets involves a thorough wash down and scrub down of walls & floors, commodes, wash basins, and fittings and under fittings with suitable sanitizers and acidic chemicals. The toilet will be disinfected with the use of a suitable quaternary disinfectant to maintain a hygienic condition of the toilets throughout the day. Early checking and cleaning of the toilets will be undertaken with a view to assure that the operational condition of toilets is observed. On weekends heavy duty cleaning will be undertaken where several types of chemicals will be utilized such as heavy duty acid cleaners to remove build up stains and corrosion of toilets surface, will be sprayed an anti-bacterial air freshener in view to maintain a fragrance and achieve the highest standard of cleanliness of the toilets.

Daily cleaning of office area, factory area inclusive of sweeping, wet moping necessary floor surfaces, vacuuming carpet floor surfaces, cleaning the table’s chairs and disinfecting of telephone. All waste paper bins will be emptied, rubbished and litter will be disposed to the designated dumping point with in the premises floor washing, wet dry cleaning or buffing will be done with equipment as per our quotation.

Spot cleaning of glass surfaces daily when necessary and heavy duty cleaning of glass surfaces, with the use of suitable wipe down implements and glass cleaning solution with the view to achieve a see thru appearance of the glass surfaces on once in two weeks basis or with the requirement as per our quotation.

Carpet floor will be Shampooing and cleaned when required. It will be charge separately when need. Cushion furniture will be vacuumed and cleaned weekly basis. When necessary it will be shampooing with the extra payment.

High dusting and cleaning of interior to remove cobweb and dust will be attended once a month basis with pillars ceiling, Air condition louvers, grills and rest will be cleaned accordingly once a month basis.

Garbage bags, toilet papers, hand towels and hand soap (liquid) should be supplied by your company.

All refuse, will be collected from dust bins to bucket or garbage bags and dispose of same in to a designated dumping point with in the premises.

Staircases steps landing (if available)

  • Daily cleaning of hand railing of the staircase with an antibacterial solutions, staircase will be swept and wet moping with the landings (daily) in view of the maintain the neat appearance of  the area.
  • For up grading stair cases and landing will be painted with floor paint once in three month basis with a schedule or wax and polished. If terrazzo or vinyl or other kind of floors will be attended accordingly. All will be attended as per our quotation.

Glass Surfaces windows and frames. (Office-area- factory-area)

  • Spot cleaning of glass surface with a view to remove hand marks finger marks smudge inclusive of dusting glass window, partitions frames daily up to hand level. All glass surfaces inclusive of glass windows and will be cleaned with the use of a suitable glass cleaning solutions and wipe down implements to remove adhering dirt to achieve a see thru appearance on the glass surface on once a week basis or once in two week basis with requirement form both side. Office area high glasses outside cleaning will be done once a month.

   Canteen areas and meal room area.

  • Continuously litter will be removed, morning, afternoon and evening. Daily mop and clean with antibacterial solutions to view of maintaining hygienically neat appearance in the canteen or wash basin also will be cleaned with antibacterial solutions when necessary to keep hygienically neat appearance in  the canteen or  male room.
